Ashtanga Vinyasa method is based on the coordination between breath and movement in relation to the different body positions. The path is energizing, vitalizing and relaxing; it helps to regain balance and to prepare your body and your mind to face new challenges.

Later, you can have a Detox & Healthy breakfast at Dimorà or dedicate yourself to outdoor training in our park.

Here at The Sense Resort, included with your stay, you will have the opportunity every day to take part in a body care group activity, chosen among Yoga, Workout and Pilates.

For your well-being, you will have our outdoor area, equipped for training, and our tennis court, available free and on request.
