Yes, all rooms have air conditioning.
By booking a room at The Sense Experience Resort you will live a unique experience, surrounded by the unexplored Maremma's beauty.
Among the amanities provided with your room, you will have access to our private beach with a beach umbrella, two sunbeds and a beach chair. Each room receives a parking space and the access to our fantastic swimming pool, heated up until June 15th and from September 10th.
You can book all the experiences we offer asking to our Experience Manager, who will suggest the best choice for you, choosing from a wide range of activities inside and outside the resort.
Some activities will be organized in the Hotel, following a weekly programme. Among these, it will be able, for free, to take part to several courses, like Muscle Awakening, Pilates, Water fitness in the sea and Acquagymin.
It is also possible to book some private classes, such as Yoga Classes or tennis lessons, which are not included in the rate.
The wifi is free and it is available both in the common areas and inside the rooms.

The nearest airport is in Pisa and it is 130km away. The Roman airport is 190km away instead.
The Resort is at the beginning of the promenade of Follonica and on foot, through the pedestrian area, you can easily reach the center. The distance is approximately 3 km.
To reach the hotel by car, from Milan, the closest exit is Rosignano, then take the SS1 Aurelia and exit at Follonica Nord. From Rome take the A12 to Civitavecchia, then take the SS1 with the Follonica Nord exit.
The nearest railway station is in Follonica and is 4 km away from our Resort.
