Tastings & Special Events

At our central restaurant, from 20.00, we thought to whet the imagination and appetite of our guests with a tasting menu dedicated to our Meremma, composed for the evening of October 16, 2021 by our chef Franco Manfredi.

For the occasion we have involved in this project three key partners, producers of Maremma products of excellence.
The Caseificio Sociale Manciano of Manciano (Gr), Rocca di Frassinello of Gavoranno (Gr) and "Azienda Agricola Francalacci" from Vada (Li) with the new Tuscan oil "Chiodo Fisso".

You can book a table at Dimorà at the price of €59.00 per person, including coffee and water and all the drinks specified below.
